	MSDS Management: MSDS Management chemicals is a software for cataloging, management, research and tracking of hazardous agents, employees in the company. The program has the necessary functions for full control of products as determined by the Decree: Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. The regulation applies, in principle, to all substances and mixtures within the Community and provided the following (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals REACH, with those of the rules of transportation and with the definitions set out in the GHS United Nations, to ensure maximum consistency in the application of chemicals legislation within the Community in the context of world trade.
